Job Summary

Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating is seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installation Expert to join our team. As an Epoxy Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy floor coatings in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with epoxy floor coatings.
  • Damage Repair: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Testing and Inspection: Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations to ensure the epoxy floor coating adheres properly.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each installation project.
  • Installation: Prepare floors for installations, remove existing floor coverings and contaminants, and apply epoxy floor coatings.
Work Environment

As an Epoxy Flooring Specialist, you will work in various locations, including dusty environments. You will be required to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel frequently. You must be able to distinguish between colors and have good hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment.
