About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of high-quality epoxy coatings on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, including epoxy coatings, to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning up chemical spills, removing rubble, and other debris.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, such as mixers and pumps.
  • Assistance to Skilled Tradespersons: Work alongside skilled tradespersons to ensure the successful completion of epoxy coating projects.
  • Weight Handling: Lift and move materials weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Wear steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for this position.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including on-site construction projects.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, reliable, team player, and hardworking.
