About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of high-quality epoxy coatings on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, including epoxy coatings and other necessary supplies.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites for epoxy coating installation, including cleaning and leveling the surface.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, such as mixers and applicators.
  • Assistance to Skilled Tradespersons: Assist skilled tradespersons, including epoxy coating applicators, in the installation of epoxy coatings.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills necessary for the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, reliable, team player, and hardworking.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work at various construction sites.
