Clinical Nurse Educator

Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering educational programs that promote best practices in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our patients, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and deliver educational activities that promote evidence-based practice.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote safe and effective patient care.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year of education and/or leadership experience.
- Completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area.
