We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering educational programs that promote best practices in nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our nursing staff and patients.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify education priorities and develop strategies to address them.
- Deliver high-quality educational programs that promote best practices in nursing care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to support their professional development.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year of education and/or leadership experience.
- Completion of post graduate course work and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to personal vehicle for business-related purposes, as required.
