Job Summary

CAN-Truck 2009 Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Monitor and maintain the vehicle's condition, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and following company policies.
Requirements
  • AZ class license and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with dispatch and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work will be performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions.
  • May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be willing to travel for extended periods and overnight.
