Job Title: Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Officer to join our team at KING'S RIDGE MONTESSORI. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Accounts Administration: Process payroll, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
