Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Technician to manage financial operations at Cardinal Golf Club Inc. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth payroll processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a relevant role.
Work Environment

This position requires on-site customer service, providing support and assistance in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries accurately.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
