Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Accounts Administration: Process payroll, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with management and staff.
