Reporting to the Bakery Supervisor, the Bakery Sales Associate will be tasked with the following duties:
Utilize the production timetable to ascertain the variety and quantity of baked items to prepare. Adhere to established Co-op protocols to ensure the creation of premium baked products. Receive, evaluate, and store deliveries promptly to guarantee all items are stored in the appropriate temperature-controlled environment. Accurately prepare, package, and label baked goods for sale. Present and rotate baked items according to established merchandising standards. Process customer bakery orders, generate precise invoices, and deliver customer service that aligns with the Co-op brand values. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, manage tools and equipment, and keep the workspace organized and tidy. Assist with additional tasks as required.Importance of the Role:
