Job Summary

Voyago is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in the Niagara Region. As a key member of our Transit Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting daily activities, including payroll duties and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate and direct staff activities to ensure drivers meet contract standards and business operations continue during staff absences.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, phone management, and scheduling meetings.
    • Plan and organize conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
    • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
    • Manage operational tasks under the direction of managers.
    • Handle logistical responsibilities, including customer service, order entry, and quality management.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Execute sound judgment and excellent customer service.
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish various tasks.
    • Provide data to internal support departments for KPIs and compliance.
  • Payroll and Onboarding
    • Execute sound judgment and excellent customer service.
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish various tasks.
    • Provide data to internal support departments for KPIs and compliance.
    • Assist with and coordinate new driver onboarding as needed.
Requirements
  • You have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have 1-2 years' relevant experience.
  • You have a valid G driver's license.
  • You can provide a clean driver's abstract.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the Niagara Region.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have enhanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook applications, and technology.
  • You have strong and proven customer service experience.
  • You have experience in office management or an administrative role.
  • You have experience in payroll administration.
