Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at King Printing & Signs inc. as a key member of our operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stockroom operations, and supply chain performance to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, and provide technical advice and guidance to staff members as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player.
