Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
