We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at TUNG AIR TRANSPORT LTD. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
- Co-ordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion
- Monitor and control operational expenses to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
