DOSA TWIST is seeking a dedicated Ethnic Food Cook with a passion for South Indian cuisine. This role involves preparing authentic dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The successful candidate will work in a vibrant restaurant setting, contributing to a dynamic kitchen atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper food handling.
- Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on South Indian culinary traditions.
Work Conditions- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
