Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Universal Integrated Solutions Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Client and Visitor Support: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information and assistance as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, client focus, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
