Assistant Manager

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Implement price and credit policies to optimize sales
- Locate and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Ensure basic security clearance and maintain a fast-paced work environment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
