Training Opportunities:

Our Breezeful Academy, recognized as Canada’s premier brokerage training program, delivers live courses covering essential topics such as sales techniques, underwriting knowledge, and practical role-playing scenarios. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive 12-week guided course led by a distinguished REMIC trainer.

Underwriting Support:

At Breezeful, our mortgage agents are relieved from tedious tasks associated with deal closures. Our dedicated underwriting team is readily available to assist with any inquiries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building a loyal clientele by delivering exceptional mortgage guidance.
  • Managing a personal lead queue with meticulous attention.
  • Ensuring top-tier customer service for both internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Mortgage License or a valid REMIC/MPC Mortgage Certificate is highly preferred. If not, candidates must be willing to enroll in the necessary course within the first month.
  • Experience with Filogix and underwriting is advantageous.
  • Background in retail banking as a mortgage specialist is a plus.

Compensation Structure:

  • This role operates on a commission-only basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance.

Expected Earnings: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 annually.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours ranging from 4 to 14 per week.
