As a Delivery Specialist at Whistler Blackcomb, you will be the face of our My Epic Gear program, delivering ski and snowboard equipment to our members and guests. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience on the mountain.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver ski and snowboard equipment to hotels, residences, and lodges within the resort
- Review reservation details and set up equipment to meet member and guest specifications
- Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency
- Act as manager on duty when assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions regarding the My Epic Gear membership program
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
- Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.49
