Join Our Team as a Recreation Leader

At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Leader to join our team. As a Recreation Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse groups of people, including preschoolers, children, youth, adults, and seniors, in a variety of settings and program formats.

About the Role

As a Recreation Leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering recreational programs that promote physical activity, socialization, and skill development. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver recreational programs for diverse age groups
  • Lead activities that promote physical activity, socialization, and skill development
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement programs
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for program participants
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma and current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications. A valid driver's license is an asset. Experience working with children and in programming activities for children is also required.

Language Requirements

English is the primary language of communication, but bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
