We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at Mobil/Mavs convenience. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our gas station, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Adaptability, client focus, organized, and attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
