Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our gas station.
- Lead a team of 1-2 sales workers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
