Client Experience Specialist

We are in search of a dedicated individual to become a part of our Customer Experience (CX) team at a rapidly expanding Financial Technology startup. The primary focus of this role is to guarantee that every applicant enjoys an exceptional customer journey from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, punctual, and possess outstanding attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a genuine sense of empathy for each client's unique situation, are essential. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is mandatory, with a background in financial sales, loans, or bankruptcy being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling both outbound and inbound calls, managing a substantial pipeline of existing customers and new prospects.
- Guiding customers through the loan process promptly and courteously via phone, email, and text messages, requiring a degree of financial literacy.
- Utilizing interpersonal and sales skills to convert interested prospects into customers.
- Collaborating with credit and accounting teams to facilitate clinic funding.
- Supporting fellow CX team members to ensure every applicant receives industry-leading customer service.

- A pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor, with a passion for working collaboratively. This role involves a high volume of calls and client interactions.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and targets as a high performer.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing numerous active clients, maintaining organization and timeliness.
- Consistently exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude, eager to assist with a variety of tasks.
- Capability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sales capabilities, with previous experience in a similar role being highly preferred.
