Key Responsibilities

  • Handling both outbound and inbound calls, managing a substantial pipeline of existing clients and new prospects.
  • Guiding clients through the loan process in a prompt and courteous manner via phone, email, and text messages, requiring a degree of financial literacy.
  • Utilizing interpersonal and sales skills to convert interested prospects into clients.
  • Collaborating with credit and accounting teams to facilitate clinic funding.
  • Supporting fellow CX team members to ensure every applicant receives top-tier customer service.
