Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Pediatric Emergency Physicians to join our esteemed Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical services in a dynamic emergency department setting, where you will engage in both clinical practice and academic endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical care to children and youth in emergency situations.
  • Participate in educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Contribute to research initiatives aimed at advancing pediatric emergency medicine.
  • Engage in divisional and departmental meetings and operational activities.
  • Support quality improvement and health services research within the division.

Qualifications

Applicants must have completed a residency training program in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Emergency Medicine, accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), or hold CCFP-EM certification. Candidates without subspecialty training should have significant experience in an Emergency Department with a focus on pediatric care.
