Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising and Product Presentation: Ensure products are properly displayed and faced in stores, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Identify opportunities for cross-merchandising and mass merchandising to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Display Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Planogram Execution: Read and execute planograms as needed, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Daily Reporting: Complete daily reports, including taking photos of work completed, using our mobile reporting app.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with store managers and other stakeholders.
  • Special Projects: Execute special mandates required by clients, including audits and display installations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 15 kg.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Must be able to travel and occasionally stay overnight in stores.
