RDTS is seeking a skilled Merchandising Representative to join our team in Nanaimo North, BC. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory. Your role will involve merchandising products, facing, cleaning sections, product rotation, and identifying marketing opportunities through techniques such as cross-merchandising and mass merchandising. You will also be responsible for installing and maintaining displays, reading and executing planograms, and performing daily reports through our mobile reporting app. Additionally, you will maintain excellent relationships with store managers and execute any special mandates required by our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and reading planograms, good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. You must be able to occasionally carry and lift loads up to 15 kgs and cover your territory with mileage reimbursement. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
