About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Elizz, a leading healthcare provider in the London area. As an RPN, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current membership in the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • RN/RPN accreditation
  • Current First Aid (Standard) / CPR Certificate (Level C)
  • Current immunization record, including TB test completed within the past 12 months
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening
  • Geriatric experience an asset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
