About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant - Safety Assurance to join our Rail Certification and Consulting business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
  • Innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices.
  • Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced (15 years+) in the rail industry and proven track record working in safety assurance and/or assessment.
  • Strong organisational abilities, flexible and adept at meeting deadlines.
