Role Overview
We are in search of skilled professionals eager to embrace dynamic challenges and apply their expertise in areas such as Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or Operations & Maintenance (O&M). If you are a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to make a significant impact in our Rail Certification and Consulting division, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality analyses, assessments, reports, and designs that align with client project requirements, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures throughout project activities.
- Develop innovative tools and methodologies to address client needs, leveraging global best practices.
- Plan and execute project initiatives, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Offer technical expertise and insights for business development efforts and proposals.
- Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Take on leadership roles as necessary to support business objectives.
- Contribute to the expansion of our North American operations by delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Required Competencies and Experience
- Extensive experience in the rail sector with a proven track record in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards.
- Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA, is advantageous.
