Position Overview:
CB Canada is seeking a skilled Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal for overseeing various stages of construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to assume control of projects once contracts and estimates are finalized.
  • Interpret site drawings and effectively communicate any modifications to the General Contractor.
  • Ensure site safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
  • Prepare and submit monthly billing statements for resources utilized, while monitoring labor expenses.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of trade unions, their agreements, and stipulations.
  • Engage in continuous communication with General Manager, tradespeople, and vendors/customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Hands-on approach to project management.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
