About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at ELSIE AUSTRIA. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Household Management: Shop for food and household supplies, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other household staff members, communicate effectively with management, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, urban area, private residence.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
