About the Role
In the position of Product Growth Specialist at Vendasta, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, concentrating on transforming our product into the key engine of our business success. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial in refining user experiences, launching growth initiatives within the product, and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with our product-led objectives. Your contributions will significantly influence our scalability by boosting product adoption, enhancing user engagement, and driving revenue growth through strategic enhancements and innovations.
Your Contributions
As a Product Growth Specialist, you will collaborate with our team to:
- Enhance user experiences to guarantee swift and clear value recognition for our clients.
- Examine product usage metrics to uncover growth and retention opportunities, implementing strategies to leverage these insights.
- Design and execute in-product growth strategies, including referral initiatives, upselling opportunities, and in-app communications, to drive user acquisition and expansion.
- Gather and respond to customer feedback to perpetually refine the product.
- Promote data-driven decisions to improve product market alignment and user satisfaction.
What You Bring
We seek candidates with a solid background in product-led growth strategies, encompassing user experience enhancement, product analytics, and growth initiative execution. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in building, managing, and expanding product-led growth teams, achieving revenue growth of at least 150M in B2B SaaS for small to mid-sized businesses.
- A minimum of 5-8 years in a product growth or product management capacity, ideally within a SaaS context.
- Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with product analytics tools.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- A self-driven, innovative, and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and data-driven decision-making methodologies. Familiarity with AdWords, Meta certification, and knowledge of sales and marketing processes are advantageous.
