About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CleanStart Property Services CCC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve business objectives.
  • Language and Hours: Work in English, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
