Job Title: Executive Director, Programs and Commercial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Programs and Commercial Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and policies, providing strategic advice and recommendations, and building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage human resources and financial resources

Requirements:

  • Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Recent and significant experience in leading the development and implementation of programs or policies or initiatives/projects in the agricultural sector
  • Recent and significant experience in providing strategic advice, recommendations, and briefings to senior management or stakeholders on complex matters
  • Recent and significant experience in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and building consensus with multiple internal or external stakeholders, partners, or clients to support organizational objectives
  • Recent and significant experience in managing human resources and financial resources

Asset Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with the dairy industry
  • Experience in program administration

Operational Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and abroad occasionally
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required
  • Willingness and ability to work at the office at least 4 days per week or more depending on the operational needs
