Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at BTS ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, reliability, team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
