Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at Peel Financial Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and tasks.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including opening and distributing mail, preparing financial statements, and operating computerized inventory record keeping systems.
- Training and Development: Train other workers on office procedures and routines, and provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Language of Work: English
- Hours of Work: 34 hours per week
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
