Position Overview:
We are in search of a committed Vehicle Inspection Specialist to join our inspection solutions team. In this capacity, you will oversee the on-site inspection process for various vehicles at our logistics centers. Whether you are an experienced professional, new to the field but eager to learn, or simply a car enthusiast, this role is designed for you.
Key Attributes of Our Inspectors:
- Detail-Oriented. You ensure that no detail is overlooked, serving as the final checkpoint for how we present our vehicles to clients.
- Accountable for inspecting vehicles for signs of wear, neglect, damage, prior repairs, or structural issues. You will also conduct road tests as necessary.
- Technologically Savvy. You are proficient in using tools such as mobile inspection devices, OBD scanners, paint meters, and other leading industry hardware and software.
- Safety-Conscious. We prioritize safety, and you should too. This role requires you to perform your duties in various weather conditions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Master your craft. Through initial and ongoing training, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and standards.
- Problem Solver. You will adapt to changing circumstances and assist in unexpected ways, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Brand Ambassador. Your work directly influences vehicle performance at our auctions and impacts revenue generation; pride in your work is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Full-time availability from Thursday to Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- A strong work ethic; we will provide the necessary training.
- Successful completion of motor vehicle and criminal background checks for all positions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry or working around vehicles.
