We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at Jiya Trucking Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of automotive repair technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the automotive repair and service shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on shop performance, including metrics on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in an automotive repair and service shop
    • Permanent employment
    • English language proficiency
    • 35 hours per week
