We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mahtay Cafe. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in our cafe.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train a team of skilled staff to provide excellent customer service and support the smooth operation of our cafe.
  • Supervise and Lead Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and achieving their goals.
  • Manage Inventory and Finances: Oversee the ordering and inventory of supplies, as well as the management of cash and financial reports.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
