We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
