Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests at our corporate office with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage and route incoming phone calls to the relevant departments efficiently.
  • Address client inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Organize logistics for meetings and corporate events.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally within the financial sector.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in business or a related discipline.
  • A strong interest in advancing a career in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
