Position: Client Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at our corporate office with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage and route incoming phone calls to the relevant departments efficiently.
- Address client inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Organize logistics for meetings and corporate events.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally within the financial sector.
- Completion of post-secondary education in business or a related discipline.
- A strong interest in advancing a career in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
