Ambassador - Diagnostics Specialist

This role is based in the province of Quebec, within the Core Diagnostics division of Abbott. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving value creation, and expanding our presence in the diagnostics market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and develop strategies to retain and grow business
- Drive menu expansion and value creation through utilization of existing products and new product applications
- Ensure price management and service sales, while monitoring lifecycle management of products
- Support lab implementations, including site surveys, instrument ordering, and training
- Attend trade association meetings, conferences, and tradeshows to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, with a focus on diagnostics
- 4+ years of sales experience, including calling on healthcare professionals and medical lab technologists
- Experience with CRM software, such as Aforce, and sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to prioritize independently
- Experience providing technical product application and/or hardware support
