Ambassador of Diagnostics Excellence

This is a field-based position in the province of Quebec, within the Core Diagnostics division of Abbott. As an Ambassador, you will be the primary account management contact for customer accounts, focusing on improving economic profitability, increasing customer loyalty, securing retention, and driving value expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Operate as the primary account management contact for customer accounts
- Improve economic profitability, increase customer loyalty, secure retention, and drive value expansion
- Represent Abbott and the ADD brand to customers, emphasizing laboratory management and interacting with Acquisition and Sales Specialist teams
- Drive Continuous Improvement Process with current and future customers, utilizing Business Analytics platform for identifying insights and data from Laboratory Information System
- Manage customer satisfaction through direct contact and adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Engineering, Medical Technology, or Commercial
- 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment performing diagnostics tasks in Chemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, or Blood Bank
- 4+ years of experience in sales, including calling on Health Care Professionals and Medical Lab Technologists to achieve sales targets
- Experience with Aforce (salesforce.com) use and maintenance, Power BI Sales Performance Metrics
- Strong people management and communication skills, troubleshooting/problem solving skills, and computer skills
- Experience providing technical product application and/or hardware support
