About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at HD NAIL SPA. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, address customers' complaints or concerns, and respond to complaints of guests.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and in a wet/damp work site environment.
  • Work Setting: Esthetician's salon or beauty shop/aesthetic service.
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, and 40 hours per week.
