Job Title: Senior Content Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and multi-faceted Senior Content Designer to join our team at the ALDO Group. As a key member of our Art Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising campaign concepts and content to promote our products and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and global marketing teams to develop and execute advertising campaign concepts and content.
  • Adapt campaign content to reflect specific global market requirements and maintain brand identity and consistency.
  • Develop, execute, and direct photo and video briefs, working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Support the Art Director on various advertising campaigns and content productions.
  • Participate in research opportunities for seasonal trends, video, and photo concepts.
  • Develop and present internal photo and video concepts following a brief.
  • Recommend talent per project based on industry connections.
  • Build effective production decks for external creative talents and ensure concept follow-through.
  • Build video and/or motion design storyboards.
  • Provide and/or support on-set art direction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal Creative and Content Development team leads and colleagues.
  • Lead post-production communications from selection, photo retouching, video editing, social video editing, etc.
  • Participate in project planning/status meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Suggest new and innovative ways to create content to drive newness and relevance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
  • Consumer-centric, commercial design mentality.
  • Portfolio containing samples of fashion, retail, editorial print/digital, and photo and video art direction.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) proficiency (InDesign and Photoshop).
  • Thorough post-production knowledge of photo and video.
  • Adaptable to flexible hours and variable work environments.
  • Resourceful and strong creative problem-solving skills.
