Role: Creative Director ADS & EXPAs the Creative Director, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping the creative direction of our advertising campaigns and immersive experiences. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop compelling creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations to secure new projects and win over clients.
- Collaborate closely with VFX supervisors, artists, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide artistic guidance and mentorship to junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative creative approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and production partners.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the advertising and visual effects industry, with at least 4 years as a Creative Director or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work across various mediums, including television commercials and experiential projects (AR, interactive installations).
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- A deep understanding of the advertising market landscape, including agencies, production companies, post-production houses, and experiential marketing firms.
- Strong leadership qualities, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams.
