EightSix Network is seeking a dedicated Administration Manager to oversee the operational excellence of our healthcare facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clinic delivers outstanding medical services to the community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, demonstrating effective leadership and a commitment to enhancing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily functions of the healthcare clinic to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and mentor administrative personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes organizational effectiveness and safety.
- Utilize Clinicmaster and other healthcare management systems proficiently.
- Evaluate and refine clinic processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement office protocols, policies, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure the maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment.
- Uphold compliance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director to manage the scheduling of medical professionals.
- Supervise the administration of client files, including interactions with third-party insurers.
- Oversee billing processes for all client accounts and third-party payers.
- Manage reconciliation tasks for client accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, staff payroll, and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Contribute to website enhancements and digital marketing initiatives.
- Report directly to the Clinic Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in healthcare management, ideally within a clinic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in healthcare management software, including Clinicmaster and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with third-party billing and insurance processes.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in scheduling and resource management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with marketing and social media strategies is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Work Permit.
