We are seeking a driven professional with extensive experience in tax preparation and exceptional communication abilities to support our team of TurboTax Live Experts. These Experts assist clients as they navigate the TurboTax Live platform and provide technical support.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a professional tax preparation role with experience in tax software
  • Prior experience in a leadership capacity within a tax preparation firm is advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Proficient with technology, including Windows, Mac, mobile platforms, and G-suite applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Flexible availability and scheduling
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with Quebec Tax (TP1) returns is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking) is highly desirable
  • This position is remote; no travel is necessary
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and precise tax guidance to Experts during peak tax season
  • Assist Managers with team-related tasks as required
  • Educate Experts on researching and resolving tax and technical inquiries
  • Develop and present training materials for Experts
  • Manage customer escalation calls and facilitate resolutions to ensure outstanding customer experiences
  • Address complex and challenging customer interactions
  • Review communications to ensure adherence to CRA and MRQ standards
