Position Overview
This part-time role, lasting up to four months with a maximum of 21.75 hours per week, offers a salary starting at $37,311.69. You will be part of the Corporate Services & Technology team, which provides comprehensive support to our Operations and Employer Services divisions. This includes customer experience, digital initiatives, data analytics, and vendor management. The Information Technology team oversees the applications, systems, and networks essential for our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project and program activities, ensuring alignment with project plans by:
- Coordinating status updates, managing issues and risks, and adhering to change control protocols.
- Participating in resource capacity planning through work plan reviews.
- Keeping project managers informed of project status and any emerging issues.
- Performing cross-functional tasks and other project-related duties as necessary.
Project Management Support
Your role will involve:
- Updating and maintaining project management documentation, including charters, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Monitoring project schedules and budgets, tracking progress, and producing status reports that highlight critical milestones.
- Maintaining existing project management plans and assisting in the creation of new plans using MS Project.
Stakeholder Communication
You will facilitate communication by:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing relevant materials, and documenting detailed meeting minutes.
- Assisting in crafting clear communications for project teams and stakeholders regarding changes and implementations.
Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an analyst role.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and standards.
- Certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is advantageous.
